Corallili "Lili" Paloma
I am Firefighter/EMT with Mokelumne Hill Fire Protection District. Having served with the local volunteer fire departments in Calaveras County since 2010, I remain dedicated to protecting and serving our community. It is a privilege to be part of the MHFPD team for over eight years, where I have had the opportunity to gain experience on the frontlines and immense support in my training endeavors.
Some of the courses I have completed include Certification in Prehospital Trauma Life Support, Low Angle Rope rescue, Swift Water Rescue, and Large Animal Technical Rescue. Along with knowledge in Driver Operator 1A and 1B, I am an Engine Boss Trainee and have maintained my Emergency Medical Technician License for the duration of my 10 year service record. I recently completed an Associates of Science Degree in Emergency Medical Services at Columbia College YCCD with two more courses to go towards the completion of a Fire Science degree as well. Other goals include helping to outreach to the community in Fire Prevention and Fire Safety education.
One of the best things about being a Firefighter is the feeling of trust one gains with their crew and officers, and the priceless feeling of comradeship when we go against great odds to face our missions together.
Never Forget. Thank you to all who support our firehouse in Mokelumne Hill.
