Members present: Michelle Roeber, Heather Willats, Mike Moran, Lila Serros, Stephanie Truelsen. Quorum is present. Guest: Susan Weatherby
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from April 2009 read by H. Willats. Motion to approve minutes as read Mike Moran, 2nd by Lila Serros. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $11,580.87, Savings: $3,845.94, 6mo CD: $5,278.46, 12mo CD: $11,082.45. Total: $31,787.72.
Treasurer Mark David Ksenzulak is sick, the numbers have not changed. Motion to approve treasures report H Willats, 2nd Stephanie Truelsen. Unanimous.
Old Business: No old business
4th of July: Committee meeting to follow.
New Business: CSFA will need to be to be to be paid. Heather to figure out # of firefighters to re-register.
