Mokelumne Hill Volunteer Firefighters’ Association

Called to order: 18:09 by Sloane Dell’Orto, President
Members present: Sloane Dell’Orto, Heather Willats, Mark David Ksenzulak, Michelle Roeber, Stephanie Truelsen. A quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from October 2007 meeting read by M. Ksenzulak. Motion to approve the minutes as read, Heather Willats, 2nd Michelle Roeber. Unanimous.
Treasurer’s Report: Due to password issue, Mark was unable to print out a balance sheet. 3 checks for equipment were written. Motion to approve treasurers report; M Roeber, 2nd S. Truelsen. Unanimous.
Old Business: For appreciation to Jason Price, up to $100.00 gift certificate was agreed on.
New Business: Website. Org domain will be expiring in January. 5 year registry is $100 and would come from Public Relations funds. Motion to approve, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd H. Willats. Unanimous.
Committee for Fireman’s’ Ball: D. Shore has agreed to be the Event Coordinator.
Christmas: Mokelumne Hill open house is December 16th. Tentative plan is to have 3 crews on engines for Christmas caroling and handing out candy canes. Special meeting will be held on December 11th.
Next meeting to be held at the firehouse on December 18th
