Called to order: 18:10 by Sloane Dell’Orto, President
Members present: Mark David Ksenzulak, Heather Willats, Michelle Roeber, Stephanie Truelsen, Sloane, Dell’Orto, Mike Dell’Orto, Mike Moran. A quorum is present.
New Member: Lila Serros joined and paid dues.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from April 2008 meeting read by Heather Willats. Motion to approve the minutes as read with the correction of Stephanie’s name, Mark David, 2nd Mike Moran. Unanimous.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $ 9,553.28, Savings: $3,841.60, 12mo CD: $10,888.52, 6mo CD $5,205.53. Total $29,488.93
Bills to pay: Motion to pay virus protection update for the association computer in the amount of $49.99 to be put on Sloane’s debit card, Mike Dell’Orto, 2nd Heather Willats. Unanimous.
CSFA dues are due. Heather believes with the current members the amount is $675.00, which is also the current budget. Mike Dell’Orto moved to authorize payment of this years CSFA membership dues for all those that meet requirements we established years ago for firefighters up to the budget amount, 2nd Mike Moran. Unanimous vote.
Motion to approve treasurers report as read Michelle Roeber, 2nd Mike Dell’Orto. Unanimous.
Old Business: 2nd vote on moving funds for station improvements took place, a unanimous vote.
New Business: 4th of July Committee: Mark David and Stephanie appointed co-chairs. Other committee members are Michelle, Heather and Sloane. Agree to set committee meeting on every other Wed, 6pm at Wendell’s.
Heather would like to use her training monies towards the purchase of new tires already purchased. Training funds earned to date are $615.00. Mark David makes motion to approve reimbursement out of training funds up to amount once documentation found on what we decided regarding firefighters spending their earned training funds. Amended by Sloane that Heather e-mail and give copy of receipt to Mark, 2nd Mike Dell’Orto. Unanimous.
Next meeting to be held June 18th, 1800 hrs at Wendell’s
