Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from May 2007 (No June Meeting held) meeting read by H. Willats. Motion to approve the minutes as read, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd Michelle Roeber. Unanimous.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $ 11,187.61, Savings: $ 3,836.15, 12mo CD $10,508.53, 6 mo CD $5,059.48 Total = $30,591.77. Motion to approve treasures report; Heather Willats, 2nd Mike Dell’Orto. Unanimous
Old Business: 4th of July: Next year we need to advertise shirts better, put samples at Hotel, Brewery etc. Bar order amended based on supply and demand this year. We need more help behind the bar, shifts?? Russ Thomas enjoyed being there, and would love to come back every year!!! BJ to send thank you cards to all that helped make the event successful. 153R received $20.00 at 4th. Maybe we could begin a Café Press save our engine campaign.
Oktoberfest: Do we wanna have it? Can we hold in the park to avoid closing the street and getting AUP. Discuss designing pint glasses. BJ to research possible battle of the bands. Establish committee for this and have meeting next Month at BJ’s house.
Appreciation: Caterer secured, decorations ordered and delivered, booze and soda left over from 4th being used to appreciation. Invites out!
New Business: Sloane needs 2 bills paid to Highland Printing for T-shirts & Posters, $1,353.34. Motion to approve, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd BJ Wallace. Unanimous.
Ryan Clevenger would like to order patches for the cadets from the Cadet Program budget item. Motion for Ryan to spend up to $200 with receipts to buy what he needs for cadets, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd Heather Willats. Unanimous. Modify motion, authorize treasurer to pre-approve. Unanimous.
Motion to approve payment to Mike Dell’Orto $30.00 liquor license, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd BJ. Unanimous.
Sloane, $95.00 for domain secure for 5 years. Public Relations budget item category.
Motion to reimburse Michelle Roeber $25.00 for postcards, and Heather Willats $3.90 postage for appreciation event, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd BJ Wallace. Unanimous.
Business cards for association: Sloane designed, free printing. Mark David Ksenzulak ordered.
Next meeting to be held at Shutter Tree Park on August 15th.
