Called to order: 18:11 by Michelle Roeber, President
Members present: Brenda Brown, Lila Serros, Pauli Greer, Lynne Greer, Mark Ksenzulak, Mike Moran, Allison Tesch, Stephanie Truelsen, Michelle Roeber, Heather Willats. A quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Previous meeting minutes from July 2008 have been lost due to Heather’s computer taking a dive.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $11,887. 11 - Savings: $3,843.04 - 12 mo CD $10, 953.02 - 6mo CD $5,231.12 Total = $. 31,914.29. Motion to approve the treasurers report Brenda Brown, 2nd Lynne Greer. Unanimous
Old Business: Appreciation event committee to meet next week at Mike’s house. Decorations purchased, beer and outhouse on order. Final meeting to follow after. Need volunteers to make an appetizer.
New Business: Mark David discussed purchasing memory sticks to preserve files on to prevent loss due to computer crashes and to hand over to incoming officers. Motion to approve $50.00 a piece from office supply, not exceed $100.00 by Heather Willats, 2nd Mike Moran. Unanimous.
