Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from July 2007 meeting read by H. Willats. Motion to approve the minutes as read with the following changes: add 12 mo CD amount to Treasurer’s report and amend total, change Sloane’s reimbursement to paid bills, and change domain to Public Relations category, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd Allison Tesch. Unanimous.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $7,671.53, Savings: $ 3,836.15, 12mo CD $10,508.53, 6mo CD $5,059.48 Total = $27,075.69.

Donations received - $500.00, donation from Scott Greer.
We went over budget on the Appreciation Event, motion to authorize payment of any outstanding bills on event, Mike Dell’Orto, 2nd Bill Dahl. Unanimous.
Motion to approve the treasures report, Mike Dell’Orto, 2nd Heather Willats. Unanimous.
Old Business:
Oktoberfest: Committee here, meeting to follow.
Appreciation: Went well, it was friggin hot! Incahoots slipped in back door charges, but the food was good.
Cadet Program: Patches ordered for cadets, arrived, waiting to sew them on. Mark David reports that $86.00 out of the voted $200 towards cadets as been spent so far.
MDK has business cards for anyone that wants some.
New Business: New website all built. Motion to approve payment to Dennis Stevense $200 for his hard work building website, and Pay out of Paypal, Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd Heather Willats. Unanimous.
Sloane, Sept. 15th is MCI training for the firefighters, anyone interested in helping feel free to contact her.
Next meeting to be held at Wendell’s on September 19th.
