Called to order: 18:09 by Michelle Roeber, President
Members present: Debbe Shore, Stephanie Truelsen, Michelle Roeber, Mark David Ksenzulak, Mike Moran, Pauli Greer, Brenda Brown, Lynne Greer Quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from September 2009 read by Mark Ksenzulak. Motion to approve minutes as read Debbe Shore, 2nd by Pauli Greer. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $6,651.58, Savings: $3,848.11, 6 mo cd: $5,314.16, 12 mo cd: $11,188.81. Total: $27,002.66. Motion to approve the treasurer’s report as read by Debbe Shore, 2nd by Stephanie Truelsen. Unanimous vote.
Old Business:
Three $500 scholarships were distributed from the Deirdre Donovan-Blood memorial fund.
New Business:
The Mokelumne Hill open house will be December 20th. The meeting for the 2010 Fireman’s Ball will be held after the regular meeting.
