Called to order: 1804 by Michelle Roeber, President
Members present: Michelle Roeber, Lynne Greer, Pauli Greer, Mike & Lila Moran, Debbe Shore, Mark David Ksenzulak, Brenda Brown, Heather Willats. A quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from March 2010 read by H. Willats. Motion to approve minutes as read made by Debbe Shore, 2nd by Lila Moran. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $12,588.14, Savings: $849.87, Deirdre Donovan Blood Fund: $1,391.50 Total: $14,829.51. Profit from the bar for the John Dell’Orto retirement party was $650.79. Motion to approve treasurer’s report as read made by Pauli Greer, 2nd by Brenda Brown. A unanimous vote.
Old Business: Discussion on the memorial for Deirdre in the park. Discuss stepping stones decorated by kids from the school, a mural on the library wall with local artists contributing, and possibly a stone bbq pit. Need to approach the veterans and library staff on these items. Discuss the idea of sponsors for the stones for the kids to decorate.
New Business: Pauli graduates fire academy on Sat the 22nd. Yeah!!
New member applicant: Asella Donovan-Blood would like to join the association. Will be on the 60 day probationary period.
4th of July talks began…..
