Called to order: 1802 by Michelle Roeber, President
Members present: Michelle Roeber, Lynne Greer, Pauli Greer, Debbe Shore, Mark David Ksenzulak, Mike Dell’Orto, Heather Willats. Esella Donovan-Blood. A quorum is present. Bill Dahl has rejoined the Assoc and paid his dues.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from May 2010 read by H. Willats. Motion to approve minutes as read made by Mark David Ksenzulak, 2nd by Lynne Greer. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $12,588.14, Savings: $849.87, Deirdre Donovan Blood Fund: $1,391.50 Total: $14,829.51. Profit from the bar for the John Dell’Orto retirement party was $650.79. Motion to approve treasurer’s report as read made by Pauli Greer, 2nd by Heather Willats. A unanimous vote.
Old Business: Debbe reports on the Vets thoughts on Deirdre memorial. They put the idea on the back burner due to Dick Tuttle donating the new play structure behind the library. We will readdress.
New Business: Shirts, hats, shopping bags, water bottles, postcards and magnets have been ordered to sell for the 4th of July. Discussion on new constitution and bylaws. Need the new constitution and bylaws to file as a 501c3 so we are no longer in trouble with the IRS. Special meeting is called for on June 21st.
