Members present: Debbe Shore, Stephanie Truelsen, Michelle Roeber, Mark David Ksenzulak, Mike and Lila Moran, Pauli Greer, Brenda Brown, Lynne Greer. New members Aaron Clevenger and Mike Cammisa. Quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from December 2009 read by Mark Ksenzulak. Motion to approve minutes as read made by Mike Moran, 2nd by Pauli Greer. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $2,605.75, Savings: $849.51, 12 mo cd: $11,249.48, Deirdre Donovan-Blood Scholarship Fund: $2,391. Total: $17,095.74. Motion to approve the treasurer’s report as read made by Stephanie Truelsen, 2nd by Mike Moran. Unanimous vote.
Old Business: There was no old business.
New Business: The yearly dues were paid by all members present at the meeting. Mike Dell’Orto and Heather Willats’ dues were also paid.
