Called to order: 18:09 by Michelle Roeber, President
Members present: Michelle Roeber, Lynne Greer, Brenda Brown, Debbe Shore, Mike and Lila Moran, Pauli Greer, Mike Dell’Orto, Heather Willats, Mark David Ksenzulak. A quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from January 2010 read by Heather Willats. Motion to approve minutes as read made by Mark David, 2nd by Lila Moran. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $8,311.92, Savings: $849.51, Deirdre Donovan-Blood Scholarship Fund: $2,391. Total: $11,552.43. Motion to approve the treasurer’s report as read made by Pauli Greer, 2nd by Mike Moran. Unanimous vote.
Old Business: 2nd vote on moving the voting in of new officers to coincide with the new budget every year. Secretary to mail out a notice to all members alerting them to the pending change. A unanimous vote.
New Business: We have $2,000 in the park improvement fund in memory of Deirdre, it has been sitting for two years. Michelle Roeber appointed Mark David and Brenda Brown to a committee to handle this, come up with ideas and approach the vets.
Chief would like us to tend the bar for John Dell’Orto’s retirement party from Cal Fire. Date to be determined. Most of the alcohol is already purchased as it is left over from the Fireman’s Ball.
