Members present: Debbe Shore, Michelle Roeber, Heather Willats, Mike Moran, Pauli Greer, Lynne Greer. Quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from November 2009 read by Heather Willats. Motion to approve minutes as read Mike Moran, 2nd by Lynne Greer. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $623.49, Savings: $3,848.81, 6 mo cd: $5,332.89, 12 mo cd: $11,249.48 Total: $21,054.67. Motion to aprove the treasurer’s report as read by Heather Willats; Mike Moran, 2nd by Debbe Shore. Unanimous vote.

New Business:
Voting for new officers was supposed to take place this month. Discussion ensued about moving the voting to March to coincide with new budget. Since this is a constitutional item, 3 votes are necessary to change with that, Lynne Greer motions to move the voting in of new officers to March meeting, 2nd H. Willats. Unanimous. 2nd vote to take place next month.
