Members present: Heather Willats, Debbe Shore, Stephanie Truelsen, Brenda Brown, Lynne Greer, Pauli Greer. Quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from July 2009 read by H Willats. Motion to approve minutes as read Lynn Greer, 2nd by Debbe Shore. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $7,140.77, Savings: $3,848.11, 6 mo cd: $5,314.15, 12 mo cd: $11,188.81. Total: $27,491.85. Motion to approve treasurer’s report as read by Stephanie Truelsen, 2nd by Brenda Brown. A unanimous vote.
Old Business:
Lynne donated $100.00 towards the band on 4th of July.
New Business:
Discuss moving the meetings to the 3rd Thursday of the month. Motion to approve moving the meetings to 6pm at the hotel every 3rd Thursday by Pauli Greer, 2nd H. Willats. Unanimous vote.
