Called to order: 1808 by Michelle Roeber, President
Members present: Michelle Roeber, Lynne Greer, Pauli Greer, Mike & Lila Moran, Debbe Shore, Mark David Ksenzulak, Brenda Brown, Heather Willats. A quorum is present.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Minutes from March 2010 read by H. Willats. Motion to approve minutes as read made by Mike Moran, 2nd by Brenda Brown. A unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking: $12,588.14, Savings: $849.87, Deirdre Donovan Blood Fund: $1,391.50 Total: $14,829.51. Motion to approve treasurer’s report as read made by Pauli Greer, 2nd by Brenda Brown. A unanimous vote.
2010/2011 Preliminary Budget (Attached) discussed. Final version to be presented in May. Training funds still outstanding from Chief and discussion between Mark and Brenda to occur regarding some sort of appreciation event.
Old Business: 3rd and final vote on moving the voting in of new officers to coincide with the new budget every year was held. Article 6 of the Constitution: Elections; shall now read: Section 1: The elected officers of this department shall be elected at the first regular meeting in March of each year by vote of the members present at said meeting, with no absentee ballots counting. A unanimous vote.
New Business: Voting in of new officers occurred! The results are as follows:
